Overview

Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a naturally occurring phospholipid and a structural component of cell membranes. GreeneryBio supplies plant-derived PS as a high-purity, stable nutritional raw material for global dietary supplement, functional food and nutraceutical manufacturers.

Raw Material Source

This product uses non-GMO soybean lecithin from standardized planting bases as raw material, with multi-index screening. Plant-based PS avoids the zoonotic-contamination considerations of animal-derived material and suits clean-label and vegetarian positioning. Material is produced to FDA GRAS, EU and Chinese food-safety standards.

Extraction Process

We use an enzymatic transesterification + low-temperature supercritical CO₂ extraction process in place of traditional chemical extraction. Low-temperature, closed, sterile processing helps avoid denaturation of the active component and organic-solvent residues. Purification, catalytic synthesis, membrane filtration and sterile packaging support high purity and batch stability.

Active Ingredient Content

PS is supplied in four standard purity grades: 20%, 50%, 70%, 98%. The 20% / 50% grades are typical for conventional dietary supplements; the 70% / 98% high-purity grades are used in high-end functional preparations and nutraceutical intermediates. Batch-to-batch content is controlled within ±2% for consistency.
